I like vanity license plates, even though some of kind of hard to figure out, others are easy. I think it's a fun way to express the driver/owners opinion.
We all know that when the police pull someone over certain people forget to show proper respect, or should I say humility for the law. Here's a good example of someone who does show respect:
 |
And, hello to you too. |
There are times when a small business may use a vanity plate to "sort of" advertise their goods or services, see:
 |
Hairless dogs are naked I guess. |
Some plates are just a "fun thing" or can show even more respect for the law, by agreeing with the officer:
 |
No argument in that! |
And then there are times when an officer stops someone for let's say speeding, maybe 40 in a 25, the driver believes the officer lacks proof, and may argue:
 |
See what I mean |
So when you're out riding along, safely and within legal limits, you may see a plate you really like, happy trails to you!
