  In Sanford, Maine the New England Collegiate Baseball League has a Team named the Sanford Mainers.  This is a league made up of college players from all over.  The Sanford team has players from 15 States and one Canadian Province.
  When I was a kid my family went to many games at Goodall Park, built in 1915, almost every area town had a team and formed a league.  Four of my cousins played on the Lebanon team, my home town.  Now lots of other families can do the same thing and develop a love of the game.
